Meet Jamie – Owner

I’m Jamie Neilans, founder of Linden Oaks Billing Services. I’ve spent over 25 years working in a mental health office, and during that time I’ve seen how challenging and frustrating billing can be for providers.

After working with countless systems and billers, I noticed a pattern — claims weren’t being paid in full, follow-ups were missed and providers often had no idea where things stood. It was discouraging to see hardworking professionals not getting properly reimbursed for the care they provided.

That’s why I started Linden Oaks Billing Services — to bring honest, reliable, and personal billing support to mental health practices. My goal is simple: to make sure providers feel confident knowing their billing is handled accurately and that they’re receiving every dollar they’ve earned.

I take pride in being responsive, transparent and easy to work with. You’ll always know who’s handling your account and have access to everything through your current EMR system. If you don’t have one, I can help you get set up with a system that fits your needs.
